Midweek Style

Currently moving back and forth between Antwerp and Amsterdam ; it's quite busy and luckily I've had the chance in finding some great stuff for Fall, online. The H&M patent brown leather skirt was one of my greater finds ; it looks so elegant and edgy at the same time. Works utterly perfect with heels as well as sneakers. Hence my most recent pair of Nike's ; the Pegasus model is just wonderful for this season. Somehow it looks less jazzy than other models (like the favored Stan Smith's in fashionista stratosphere) ; it actually appears more chic and stylish teamed with a pencil skirt. Don't forget to hoard tights and leggings for crisp mornings and evenings. Although it's marvelous to sit and enjoy your cappu al fresco during this Indian Summer, we're headed for Autumn and it's terms pretty soon. You just don't wanna go out one morning and freeze your a** off ! (I like to be prepared being a biker girl myself)

I really like wearing scarfs and hats but have to admit it's like Spring outside .. not really temperatures you would expect in January.

Also a special attention for my sweatshirt of the day ; it looks very similar to my ACNE oversized sweater but is easier to team with a narrow sleeved coat. 

Those ACNE sleeves are HUGE !

Can't wear it with a any decent coat (not even my oversized one) so this is a good plan B sweatshirt.

Share your Sparkle (part deux)

 The trend of socks in sandals or heels has been around for a while and I must admit, the more I see fashionista's are being photographed in them on various blogs, the more I like it.

In fact, don't you think it's a fabulous way to extend Summer shoes fashion into a colder season ?

Of course you can't just use your worn out daily base socks ; they need some sparkle or precious ajour pattern to show off.

COS has some great colours in silk, wool and lurex.

And for a very reasonable price. 

Would you wear this ? Or is this just a fashion no-no for you ?

Tis the cosy season

Cosy means chunky soft jumpers ; drinking hot cocoa and enjoying all things warm.

I really love Fall and Winter ; I always seem to find a lot more nice clothes during this time of year.

Bang on brown and that necklace again

Fall is ready to stay ; crisp mornings and rain are prove of that. So I pulled out my cosy sweaters from the back of my closet. This cropped lurex/wool jumper is the best of sweaters to start with. It's cosy and not too warm ; we are keeping the Winter pulli's for the most wonderful time of the year, right !?
Teamed it with my Marni blouse and yes, that necklace again. Can't believe how many of you reacted with jump & joy to this piece of bling ! My Instagram account almost exploded !

The Dark side of the Moon

I have to admit, H&M is really nailng it this season and we haven't even seen the Isabel Marant collab hitting the stores. {write down if you haven't yet : November 14th}

Being a COS fan ever since I discovered them and marking myself a true customer of both their stores in Antwerp, I'm very happy to see H&M is sliding COS-a-like blacks and whites with subtle detail onto their racks.

So these days, I'm mixing COS with H&M, a splash of Zara  and my high end classics into a new cocktail of monochrome chic.

For instance, that short little navy inspired jacket from the Gisèle Bundchen collection, is just perfect ! 

I teamed it with my A lined skirt, lacy knit sweater and my Marant Bluebel wedges.
